- DUAL T DIE OPERATION
- Two T Die fabric lamination process both side coating in one step, producing better quality lamination than triangle process.
- Minimum width & Maximum width range: 1000MM-2500MM
SINGLE T DIE OPERATION
- U PANEL:
- By turning one T die off with single die with 2500MM coating operation and using the equipped cutting slitting in the middle to produce 2 X 1250MM width rolls.
- FILLING DISCHARGE SPOUT:
- Having single die width set to 1000-2500mm. Coating on small tubular fabric minimum of 4800MM while doing triangle style return. Resulting both side coating for small tubular fabric done in one process.
- TOP SKIRT:
- With our 2500MM width of lamination for flat fabric you could laminate and split the flat fabric into 3 rolls of 800MM fabric for the production of top skirt on FIBC bags. Cutting labor cost and time.
